If I was in your position I would ask her out or at least talk to her.
Tell her how you feel and stuff like that.
In the end it should come out all beautiful

Well, if you are sure that she likes you too, there should not be anything that is holding you, either tell her in face/ text her / email her / give her a call, whichever is the most convenient way for you 2 to communicate. Let her know how much she mean to you and you do LIKE her, hope she'd give you a chance. There is no better way to solve your question.

Well, there could be many different answers to this question. But if a girl likes you and you like her. You may want to ask her out now before she starts to wonder off to find another someone. But don't hurry into asking or push/force her into a relationship. But long story short: Ask her out.

well that is obviouse just hang out with her a lil more and mabey flirt with her a lil more just not too much you dont want to freak her out... and then just see what happens wait what is stopping you somehting is or you wouldnt ask for our advise.
