i would say dont start a relationship with him until you got your feelings for him figured out. if you just jump into a relationship right away it could lead to confusion.

I went through the exact same situation myself & can u believe we're still good friends today? Don't force anything to happen & be open-minded about the situation. If it's possible for ya'll to still be friends, why not give it a shot? It'll either work or it won't. But at least u'll know then u won't be worried anymore & u can take pride in knowing that u at least tried..

I know what you mean...... well it will take a while but soon you will be friends again i mean you never said how he broke your heart but if it was something that he said mabey you should talk about it.. and if that doesnt work well turn to your friends cause no matter what they are their for you.. good luck and i hope you two work through this

Guard your heart. If he broke up with you, you are still hurting a may be willing to accept any kind of relationship in order not to let go. If he has feelings for you he will seek you out.

Lots of people when they break up say they want to be friends. give it some time and plenty of space.
Let your self have time to reflect on your relationship. Maybe even seek help from a counselor to help you with that review process.
When relationship end it is a life lesson to learn from each time that the next we maybe that much better.

It is a bad idea to be friends right after a break up, later on maybe but not now. You both need time to heal and move on.
