which is more faster help pls!!!!!?

i am just enqurying connection speed which is faster..
115.2 kbps..or 44.7kbits/p or 3.7m/bytes...
wat i am trying to say is wat is kbps, kbits or m/bytes...
and which is faster..

the fastest of those is 3.7mb/s.
Kbits=1000bits.
Mbits=1000000bits

m/bytes but there all the same
