Over indulgence. Too many people believe they are free to do anything and go anywhere they please in this country with no consequence. And corporations, like McDonald's, capitalize on the perceived freedoms of consumers. The truth is, yes it sucks that there is a McDonald's within 2 miles of anywhere you could possibly be in a city of pretty decent size, but honestly there wouldn't be that much supply if there wasn't so much demand for it. People in this country love to eat, and do not exercise. And as a consequence, there are a lot of overweight people. You can argue the genetic predisposition to obesity all you like, this fact remains, people who are overweight eat too much. And with no shortage of fast food establishments in our society, I don't see it getting any better, anytime soon.

People like are overweight because there are so many parties and occasions or dates one needs to attend to to be socially active....You don't get a lot of time to work out....We can work out probably only on weekends but some of us are just too lazy to do that....considerings we all don't have a extremely high metabolic rate the unused carbohydrates change into fat and accumulate in the problematic areas like our behinds, Thighs, Belly etc......

Its either a medical reason, or its just a decision that these people have made. Its that simple. You don't get overweight by accident..... (unless its medical)....... so stop watching the price is right and go for a walk far away from a McDonalds.....
