long hair takes time... u need to get it trimmed on a regular.. it will grow faster if u get rid of the dead ends... i personally use garnier frutis length n strenght shampoo and conditioner. i also use the length n strenght leave in treatment... its a good product and well priced... u dont have to spend $15 to $20 on a bottle of conditioner to have long hair... my hair is to the middle of my back. always use a heat protectant if you are blow drying or using a curling iron or straight iron. this will help prevent damage. the less damage u have the longer your hair will get. : )

There is nothing that will make your hair grow faster or longer short of (no pun intended) a professional treatment, in which case ask your hair dresser.
The "trim weekly" method has been debinked for the simple reason that your hair grows from your scalp, so trimming the other end has no effect whatsoever. However, keeping split ends trimmed off helps prevent breakage. Obviously hair breaking will make it shorter, so trimming it is still a good idea.
Sorry, don't expect amiracle solution. Tke good care of your hair, eat healthily (the "you-are-what-you-eat" rule DOES apply), and be patient!

My hair is long and I dont do anything to it. If you want to take of it buy shampoo's that match ur hairs style like if it's dry buy a shampoo thats helps that

i do hair so i know what im talking about. first dont use alot of prodoucts and trim your ends alot keep your hair straight. (putting it up is ok) and brush it alot!

JUST GO TO THE SALON EVERY TWO WEEKS GET A TREATMENT IT WILL GROW
