Depends on how long ago that you went, and considering that there is a war going on they are doing very precise checks to make sure that you are not a threat to this country I know that waiting sucks but just give it a couple of weeks and if you still have no word by then go back to the office that you had your review and ask them what is going on and how come you have not heard a reply yet but that is all that you can really do unless you get a lawyer

Congratulations!!!!!
You could wait anywhere between a couple of days to some weeks . 4 at the most i'd say. Since the Immigration law has changes everytime it is sometimes hard to forcast something like that . Well pretty soon you will be off to your swearing in ceremony ! Fantastic! Good Luck

Been waiting on the same thing now for some 6 months. Once that immigration sends the application to the embassy where your from, it up to them how long they take and what they seek out on you. Other than look for criminal back ground, and mental which they are for sure.
but you can go here to check your status of application:

That depends on the local police. We had to wait over six weeks for a lunch room employee to have a background check.

Back round check perhaps take not so long, you had your initial interview already, mean they know about you already something. So I guess few months. Good luck...

I know that is a bottleneck at the FBI, they don't have enough staff devoted to that. That is one reason the fees are going up, to get more people.

However, if you are not from a 'country of interest' yours will be faster than others.

It can be over in a month. It can take years too.
