I'm not that great at math but if you had 6 thirds that would be 300%! That's enough fat for 3 days!

It's not difficult, if 1/3 is 50% then 2/3 must be 100% and there are 6/3 in 2 whole packets so it must mean that you've just eaten 3 times the recommended amount of fat in just 2 bags of nuts!!!!! And yes, nuts are THAT high in fat, although they are full of good fats rather than bad fats. Still 2 packs is a bit too many though!!!!!

Nuts are quite high in fat actually.
You have infact eaten 3 days worth of your RDA fat then.(300%fat)
1/3 pkt = 50%fat
therefore you have eaten 2pkts at 150% fat each =300%

Guess you've just gone nuts!!!!

300% fat, that's 200% more than you should have. Cut down on the Pecan Nuts!

What kind of fat? Total, saturated, unsaturated... ? It should tell you on the package next to where it says the percentage!

If it's saturated fat, the RDA is 20g, so you would have had 60g.

You consummed 300% of the required daily allowance of fat based on a 2,000 calorie intake.

Perhaps it's a printing error. A packet of nuts couldn't contain that amount of fat.

If it is correct you've eaten 150% of your RDA.

I thought you were going to say the packet had a warning printed on it stating - Be careful this packet may contain nuts!
