Damn...if only you had a mac...iMovie would be THE best...
Windows Movie Maker is fairly competant, but very buggy. if you have a working copy- GREAT!. use it and be happy with your camera
if its a bad copy (like most are) then you need a movie editor... i seem to remeber Adobe doing fairly good ones.
if you have asome more cash to splash and are fairly competant video editor, then either final cut Express or final cut pro are the best editors money can buy
