As far as the two of you decide to go, "friends with benefits" are socially unacceptable and therefore there are few rules over them. Ignore people who say that it's sick or weird, do what you want.
And 69 is a sexual position where both people are giving and receiving oral at the same time, the woman or man can be on top, with their genitals in the other person's face.

in this situation if feelings become involved then you have crossed the line form a friend with benefits into a relationship as far as the 69 question its a a oral sex act in which you or partner lays on top of or on the side of other person so the both of you can give and recieve oral stimulation at the same time

If you are just friends with benefits then anything you are comfortable with is o.k. If you don't know what 69 means then maybe you shouldn't be having sex,you are either too young or too naive.Friends with benefits isn't really a good idea anyways. Why not spend your time finding your true partner?

Too far depends entirely on you and the relationship. As friends, probably kissing mouth to mouth is too far. Pecks on the cheek and hugs are probably OK. If you are more than friends, you have to decide for yourself.
What kind of benefits? Sounds like more than just friends.
Sounds like you are a little young for sex. Don't rush things. There is plenty of time for that later.
