don't move so much while your sleeping! If it's messed up when you wake up or whatever, just add some water to your head... since taking a shower helps, adding some water with your hands should help too!

awww, you sound cute
newayz, you could wake up early enough in the morning to take a shower and your hair will look the way you want everyday or you could straighten your hair, there's hairspray and alot of options, also gel your hair good luck!

just put your hair in a loose, low ponytail. with an elastic, just tie twice so its loose enough. then sleep. oh dont forget to brush your hair before you tie it. it will remain soft till morning

put a bandana on your head, i sleep with a bandana sometimes to stop it being poofy when i get up. it works!!

or

get a spray bottle and slighty wet your hair, or just use a wet brush or comb.

I'm not sure, I don't know much about guys or their hair, but I suggest you could wear a light cap or something....

You could try wearing a hat or hoodie to sleep but then it'll be all flat...
