the memory and liver - yes, they are probably side affects. However, there might be ways to improve them.

Firstly, stay clean, including the alcohol.

Secondly, go to a doctor to make sure there isnt something else wrong with your liver. then ask if there is a way to improve both the liver and memory.

Then, ask the doctor or go to a nutritionist about eating healthy. This will help your body overall in ways you never expected - you will feel much healthier and stronger on a really good diet.

Lastly, its very impressive that you have been able to stay clean and are seeking help to improve your body - way to go!! :))

You need a cleansing diet fruit, veggies, juices go natural. No meats. Colon cleansers. God Bless u and help u get well again. Pray also. Seek God with all your heart like He is your best friend and ask God too what u need to do about yourself. I realize your body needs a healing pray for your soul and Spirit. There is a website: www.melaleuca.com.You should check it out they have Wellness Company and products just for man that work and 100 percent guarantee. You need the "Daily for Life TOTAL Nutrition for Men" it is AM/PM Pack. In 30 days you should notice improvement, but you need to take it for life. Also for water they have a drink called Sustain favor you mix the 16oz water? taste good and will help you drink water too. Try these products and see what happens and then see your doctor. Sometimes the saying goes "i was find until i went to the doctor."You will be better than u use to be because u are getting older, wiser and it is not to late. Try distilled water. W/O water u will die.

you need to eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. eat protein foods three times a day this helps with memory. Whole grains are also important to consume every day.

Take a good quality multi vitamin twice daily. To help improve your memory I also suggest the supplements Lecithin and Spirulina taken twice daily.

Drink lots of pure water every day. It's going to take time to get these drugs out of your system. Do the very best you can for your body now. You might want to consult a nutritionist who can help you with a customized program.

Take this story on the "high school health class tour" while you are still young enough to be creditable. It will make you mentally feel better and may save someone from the same thing.

diet diet diet, give your liver a rest it is stressed out, high fat diets can stress your liver out big time also cut soft drinks" high fructose corn syrup" just give it time and treat yopur body right and youl be fine it might take awhile to notice a differance, the liver is one organ that heals itself overtime if givin a chance to and if you dont you could do a lot more harm than you could ever imagine and this will take years but you will slowly start noticing problems with your health so right now is the time

I can answer this only from a Christian perspective, so stop reading if you aren't interested. We all need help in our lives. God will not forsake you if you turn to Him. My first wife, who professed unbelief, before she died asked me, "I've been trying to pray, and I can't. Please help me". I told her that God knew what was in her heart. She died, confessing her faith, two days later.
