from what i understand it also relates to gypsies as a sign of being close to someone who died but is likethe swan on the hand tattoo just another sign that has been picked up by differant people over the years and means nothing anymore

funny question actually, i was hanging out at our local tattoo shop (im always there, lol) and this dude came in with 2 tear drops under his eye, asking about getting it removed or if they had any skin toned color inks to cover over....ya wanna know why he had them? bc he passed out drunk at a party and his friend tated him. lol....funny story, but yea ive also heard that it means youve killed somone, but im pretty sure it can mean whatever the person wants it to mean.

The person that has that tattoo is in a gang and they have murdered somebody

If you get one under the right eye that means you've killed someone.
If you get one under the left eye that means someone very very close to you died.

It used to mean and still can that the person has killed someone. But now it can also signify that the person has lost someone close to them.

it means that person has either been locked up, killed someone (although i don`t think a murderer would want to advertise that on their face) or someone close to that person has passed away. it usually has to do with gang affiliation.

yes for some gangs it signafies that you killed someone , for some its just a tattoo

It means that the person is sorry for marking up a nice patch of clean skin with ugly pictures that can't be taken off.

u can allways get so many strange useless explanaitions abt anything - maybe the answer is very simple? the person is using mascara and that is what u see -- big smile
