Speaking only from person experience, I can tell you that the Boulder Cork (www.bouldercork.com) is a great place to go. Atmosphere is between great, the food is great and the wine selection is fantastic. If you're looking for a great Italian restaurant, try the Cafe Gondolier (www.cafegondolier.com) which is also the oldest family owned restaurant in Boulder. For an unforgettable view, try the Flagstaff House (http://www.flagstaffhouse.com) which is located at the foot of the Flatirons, giving you a breathtaking view of the entire town. Shoot for a sunset dinner appointment on a nice day and you won't regret it.

If you want to seek other options, I suggest going to CitySearch.com. I wish you and your wife a very happy anniversary. Bon Appetit.

One of the nicest Restaurants I have ever been to in Boulder is the following Restaurant.

Trattoria on Pearl
1430 Pearl St.

This is an Italian Restaurant and the cu sine is fabulous! Very romantic as well. A very fine place to go.

Stroll down Pearl Street Mall, lots of nice places to eat. Nice shops, too. Have fun!
