I am 27 and my hair is ungodly thin.... I need some help here ! It has always been thin, but it just keeps getting worse.. especially right at the front .. the sides and back aren't as bad, and they seem to grow fairly fast as well....

My family all has thick hair..so it isn't genetic, I am assuming..

what can I do to make my hair thicker??

If I were a guy, I would just shave t, and say the he** with it.. but I don't wanna be a bald chick !
AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very familiar with this problem. I have thin hair also, I suggest using pantene pro-v's volumizing shampoo/conditioner or Redken 5th Avenue's body full, then try drying it and adding the Redken 5th Avenue's "Glass" it's in a bottle that looks like eye drops. Anywho, that's my regime...maybe that'll help. Good Luck!

Maybe use a volumizing shampoo. my friend also has thin hair and she tried the anti flat from sunsilk and it didnt do a thing. but then she tried to anti poof even tho she needed the opposite..and it make her hair look 'bigger'
Go to a salon and ask for some hair products and let them look at ur hair and they might be able to tell u of some things to use. and they can do it for u...and then u can do it ur self at home.

Actually i would try Rogaine for women! If you use it as directed, there is supposedly a pretty good success rate.

My fiance uses Rogaine, and his "beginning bald spot" is growing back.

well the shorter you cut it the thicker it looks and feels and you can go to any beauty store and ask for a product to help you change it to thick no layers it makes it look thinner.

There's usually a medical reason for a female to start losing her hair. See your doctor.

it might be stress..try to relax a bit..shiatzu massage is the best..use a gentle neutral shampoo..and vitamins...fruits and vegetables..consult a dermatologist..I think these are the basic things you have to do..
