Manpower? China. Military power? America.
China's military and workforce is several times that of America, but America has far better technology.
The second largest army is that of North Korea, but they're extremely poorly equipped.

Man power, definitely China, buy in terms of military power, United States. The US has the best military technology, and technology can only be beat by manpower in a 10 to 1 ratio, so I would say the United States.

I'd have to say that the United States still reigns supreme. As far as number of troops, China or India may have more in numbers, but American troops are generally better trained and better equiped. Also, the US spends the most amount in defense spending than the next 20 countries combined. Giving America a technological advantage

The US is in terms of military power alone. If you consider the combination of military power and man pwer then I would have to say China.
