Complex question...

Coffee typically is caffeinated (regular) be can be decaffeinated

Tea, as far as I know comes in three types
Herbal - no caffeine
Green Tea - low levels of caffeine, unless specified as having no caffeine
Black Tea - higher levels of caffeine, but still less caffeine than coffee

On a side note, though apples do not have caffeine, I've heard from several sources that studies have shown that eating an apple in the morning will wake you up more than a pot of coffee, but you have to eat the skin

BOTH, coffee and tea contains caffeine, actually both are among the highest content.Coffee contains almost 100-150 caffeine per milligrams, much higher than any soda available, while tea contains upto 60mg of caffeine. But they said you can reduced it by brewing and other proccesses.

They both have caffeine. Unless, you are asking about herbal tea. That does not have any caffeine.

Coffee is for sure.

Tea, depending on which kind, for instance: white, green, black, oolong, all have different ones. Black tea has the most I believe. I think it might be 2 cups of Black (or maybe 4) ='s one normal cup of coffee. Green has caffeine, but not as much as black.

It really depends on the kind of tea, like if it was herbal tea it has no caffeine but other kinds of tea...I think have more caffeine in them.
If you don't want much caffeine, stick to herbal tea/
