Absolutely,
Waging Aggressive Warfare is a warcrime that we have hanged a lot of Germans and Japanese for. Simply put, it is using false pretenses to go to war.

Crimes against Human Dignity, Mr Gonzales idea that detainees are not covered by the Geneva Conventions is absurd. It has led to the toture and slaughter of thousands.
In one incident in Afghanistan 1,200 Taliban prisoners were left to die in the sun by the Northern Alliance while thier US Advisors cheered them on

Could you specify which war crimes he personally committed and back them up with the articles of war?
Guess you don't pay attention to the news. A factory was found that produced chemicals used to kill people. Russian MiGs were found BURIED IN THE DESERT. There were many weeks before the investigators were allowed into Iraq and what do you think happened to the weapons Saddam used against HIS OWN PEOPLE? THEY never existed?
Do you ENJOY looking foolish? Keep it up, we can all use a good laugh.
As far as DICTATOR BUSH(learn what DICTATOR means)...you need some brushing up on your education lad. No one gives a rat's a.s.s. what you THINK is illegal, your GOVERNMENT okayed the invasion.

I find it funny that everyone believes that Bush is the one who single handedly did this. Rather than blame everyone else who voted for this war, I suppose its easier to blame just one person. And I dont think I saw the Whole world protesting Bush Either. France and Germany yes but the whole world? I dont think so. Do you think Hillary Clinton Would do a better Job of this? Well she voted for the war too. Based on the same intel Bush was given. So now that we have established that the War was not Illegal as it was voted and passed by Congress the first time through (keep in mind that a large number of Democrats voted for this), It was backed by the UN so the world could not have opposed it, and even though the country is rich in oil, why arent gas prices falling? So my answer to you is no he shouldnt.

The war was legal according to the UN. Backed by the UN and also by US Congress. Now what war crimes should he be charged with and is there any basis for these charges. The main reason for invasion of Iraq was Saddam was snubbing the United Nations resolutions at every turn. This made the rest of the world irratable because he wasn't entirely honest or willing to honor those resolutions as made out by the United Nations. Again I ask you where is the basis for war crimes against George Bush.

If you think the invasion was il-legal...well then...I guess you would be willing to bring the Senate and Congress up on charges also.

Quite sure that if you could produce just one shred of evidence about war crimes...your Lib budy's in the Senate would of had charges filed 4 months ago. Get a life and grow up. Might also, try knowing a few facts about what you're talking about.

Bush can't be charged for war crimes as he hasn't done anything wrong.
He can't be charged for war crimes because YOU think it is illegal.
Weapons of Mass Destruction were found but ignorant people keep denying it.
Afghanistan has the worlds largest oil supply so if Bush were really in it for the oil then we should be invading them.
Where the hell is all of this oil?

Yes, he should. His administration has been deceitful every step of the way towards Iraqi oil. I would have had a different perspective had he went after North Korea (ridding "Axis of Evil" of Weapons of Mass Destruction).

I have always believed it was about the oil and that Saddam wanted to "kill his daddy". I'm sure most of the world leaders would like to charge him with war crimes...but, it will never happen. The blood of over 3,000 American men and women are etched on his soul, not to mention the 100,000s of "innocent" Iraqi citizens.
