He is telling me that he likes me much and I am special to him at same time he feels that I am so indecisive and hesitant about my feelings but I do like and respect him. I can't understand why I am feeling confused, shy, not comfortable sometimes though I like him?

take time to get to know more about each other, don't commit or say you like him too.. just tell him you want to know him better and it would all fall into places if he's really the right one..

Women have a build n warning sign 4 a reason if your guts tells u 2 hesitant- 2 proceed with caution LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN a man u care about who is worth your time will make u feel sure of yourself, confident and comfortable n his presence. Unless u r a crazy person with mental issues u can feel something is just not quite right with this guy so take it easy and go slow. Be buddies/friends first and just watch him 4 awhile u will eventually see why u stand-offish.

Well, liking him & respecting him are very different from loving him.
You can like and respect someone but not necessarily love him. You're not sure of him & perhaps you're not sure he's the one. It's him you're not sure of, not your feelings. Trust your feelings, it's trying to tell you something. Perhaps it is trying to tell you to slow down and not rush into a serious relationship until you are sure he is someone you feel that way about.
