several factors will determine the severity of the punishment. i suggest that you also post this question under "law & ethics" their are several retired attorneys who post in that forum.

Well for beginners dont plead guilty. Get a lawyer supplied by the court. And say you didnt know what was going on, and that you were intimidated into doing it once you realized what they were doing. Go into court with clothes that fit. If youve already plead guilty you could get as little as restitution (a lot of money) and probation (id guess 6 months)especially if you already spent the night in juvie didnt get bailed out immediatly. If its not your first offense then your probably going to get a way larger punishment. Also, if anyone was hurt in this crime your screwed.

Go to the police and tell them what you did. If the police find out who did the robbery, you WILL be charged with the crime as well, since you were the driver. If you confess now, there may be extenuating circumstances ( you were forced, or you didn't know what was happening) this will make all the difference in any sentencing and criminal charges being filed against you. Also, depending what state you live in, you may be charged as an ADULT and subject to much harsher treatment by the police and courts

Take a plea, reason if not, you will definitely be charged as people who broke into the domicile. Going to be not undemanding to describe which you probably did not know what they have been going to do, so your are to blame of housebreaking. See in case you will get criminal Trespassing, that's a misdemeanor, or you will have housebreaking on your checklist!

Did you know they were going to do it? If you drove them there & you found out they did & reported it probably nothing. If you hid just like them depends on previous offenses & what else was involved. I'm not legal inclined but I'm guessing probation.

If you had prior knowledge of the crime, you committed burglary.

If found guilty you will have a felony conviction which will follow you the rest of your life, but for a first offense nothing else of consequence will happen to you.

You are an accessory both before and after the fact - and that is based on your assertion that all you did was drive.
Burglary is a very serious offense - and you are just as guilty as they are.
Get a lawyer.

best just stand by, cause if you went along with them, but didnt go in and rob, you can still be accused of aiding and abetting a crime....you will be charged(if caught) with the same crime.....good luck

If your parents haven't whopped your butt over this I hope you go to jail, because you need some discipline.
