I think it's horrible,also my moms cat died all of a sudden and I am beginning to wonder if this is the reason why.

They claim only a little over a dozen deaths. I've seen hundreds of people online who said their pet died or is under vet care due to inexplicable kidney failure recently. Even if 3 out of 4 of them are lying or mistaken, that's still WAY more deaths than they claim. It's horrible. As extremely wide-spread as the problem is (96 brands!) I'd be highly surprised if the death count is less than a thousand -- and their official stance is that they are just taking preventative measures because there MIGHT be a problem. That's bull. At the very least they need to take responsibility for their mistakes, not claim that there really isn't a problem and hardly any pets are affected.

I lost my cat from this if you want the true numbers go to www.petconnection.com they have a pole going for all the animals that have died from this . If you know of anyone who has lost an animal from this you should have them call Dana Hooper @ (800)847-9094 she is with the law firm Bonnett,Fairborn, Friedman and Blaint the specialize in Class action law suits .
