First and foremost I would recommend that you don't take anything until you check with your doctor. Besides that, there is a site that describes the different categories of fetal risk of drugs - over the counter and prescription - according to FDA categorization. It also has a nice search feature into which you can enter the name of the active ingredient of the product you wish to take: www.safefetus.com I did some OTC searches for allergy meds several months ago and found that most allergy meds are ok, but the decongestants are not. Make sure that if your product has more than one active ingredient in it, that you search for the categorizations of all the active ingredients. Again, your doctor is still your best reference.
