what toothpaste brand is best?

More important than the brand, is how you brush! They are all pretty much the same, some have fluouride wich is better. You need to brush three times a day properly. It is not how hard you brush but where you make the bristles go that is the answer. Put the tooth brush on your finer and dig it hard. The bristles don't really move much. now very gently move it back and forth, all the bristles move. Point it at the gumline , thats the important thing . The rest of the tooth will get brushed. Rinse and floss. That's the real answer. Time it two minutes may seem like a long time- but it not so bad if you do some of what you need while you watch your favorite show. Flossing can take a 45 seconds if you just do it everyday It the habits, not the paste

The best toothpaste is the one that you like the taste of and that will keep you brushing longest. It also should have the ADA or CDA seal of approval.

BRITTANY,

IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER EVEN IF YOU USE CHICKEN SOUP, LOL.
WHY NOT?
BECAUSE IT'S THE BRUSHING THAT DOES IT NOT WHAT YOU USE AS A TOOTHPASTE.
THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ADA SEAL ONLY MEANS THAT THE TOOTHPASTE HAS THE APPROVAL BY THE ADA TO PREVENT DECAY. AGAIN, IT'S THE BRUSHING THAT DOES IT.
JUST GET A FLAVOR YOU LIKE TO USE.
