Stop the Allow or Cancel in Vista?

Question

Is there a way to stop the Allow or Cancel in Vista without disabling it completly with programs I open all the time?
I'm asking this again, just figuring somebody out there has figured it out with all these millions of yahoo users. Some great answers out there.
Also, is there a way to remove the Vista Shield from my Icons on my desktop? only certain icons have the shield

Vista should be storing the allows and cancels so that your system knows what your preference is. See windows Vista at link below to find out more.
