I have been taking vitamin B pills. My urine is not as yellow as I thought it would be and my hands are very orange. Also the skin around my nails look like I just peeled an oragne....very orange. Am I having a bad reaction the Vitamin B supplements or is this normal?

I have not been eating anything with pigments in them like carrots or any other food like that.

Its the worst on the skin around my finger nails, my knuckles and my elbows. My skin is orange only on my hands (top and bottom) and forearms...the rest of my body is normal.

You should stop taking the pills at once and go see your doctor. You are showing the signs of a viatamin posionning. This happens when people intake to much of particular vitamin than they need to. You should n't be taking the supplements if the food and drinks that you intake on a regular basis already contain them. The supplements will only put you over your daily limit.

You've been taking way too much! Yes it's normal if you overdo it on vitB - similar chemical to that which makes carrot's orange!
