I find the Babelfish translator to be quite good:

It translates Spanish to English - I used it to translate some song lyrics not so long ago and it worked well.

However, keep in mind that any computer translator may not fully and accurately translate Spanish-to-English and vice-versa. This is largely due to differences in grammar, semantics (Spanish is more "specific," and English is more "general"), and idioms.
