Always the voice of god(conscience) is heard within us. But people bypass the voice and do things as they choose.

I think if you have been taught about a religion or not, you can still develop an inner compass. If you want to describe it as something that was built by God, or a little piece of God that resides within you, well, you can go with that if you want.....

I would say NO. Because we humans do all the things that we do. And God has nothing to give us but MERCY. And that includes forgiveness too.

No it is up to us we have free will but God does want you to read the bible to know right from wrong so we can make our own decisions.
