Hi, its the top that unscrews theres a little ball that you unscrew off then you pull it out holding the bottom of the bar and sliding it out and then to put it back in you push it up through the hole and then attach the screw ball to the top again. If you get a belly bar before you take the other one out you will see how it works. Not too difficult really. Just make sure you clean the peircing daily and try not to catch it, as mine and a lot of my friends went mancky so you have to be really care full.

It depends. Both my balls on mine that he used to pierce me with unscrew. And he had it on so tight there was no way I was getting the top ball off...
The first time I changed it, I had to unscrew the bottom ball. But it's a lot easier to do the top. Also a lot easier to get in from the bottom to the top, so the top ball would have to unscrew.

Hold on to the bar and unscrew the top ball. If its the first time taking the bar out then it maybe abit tight coming out of the hole so you can do it in the bath this makes it easier, a friend of mine told me this, and it came out easily. Just make sure your hands are dry to unscrew the ball. good luck!

Unscrew the top and gently ease it out through the bottom.

normally u unscrew the top ball but sometimes its the bottom, and sometimes its even both. try twisting both ways too, and if it still wont come out go back to where u ahd it pierced and they will take it out 4 u.

If you want to still have the peircing, then keep it in because it'll grow over the hole. Otherwise, unscrew from the bottom.

It unscrews in the middle. There is a clasp and a bull pin to take out. Once removed the top section will fall far enough to the left so the clasp can be turned to remove the second half of the pin. Be careful not to drop the listern bolt. You will never find it again.
