I just answered this question somewhere else. Yes, you can freeze eggs in Ziploc bags. Just make sure you get as much air out of the bag before sealing it.

You can freeze eggs but not the egg and the white together. it would make it nearly impossible to separate them when frozen or thawed again. trust me I've done it before separated. i think that the frozen egg white makes a meringue for a lemon meringue pie just perfect. and adding a frozen egg yolk to an omlette and whisking it make it really delicious.

yes - stir them lightly and add 1/2 teaspoon salt per six yolks or 1 teaspoon sugar. Whites can also be frozen (to save for meringues!) - you don't have to add anything to them when you freeze them.

Yep! Nigella Lawson does, so it cant kill ya or the BBC wouldnt show it!
Ive only seen her freze yolks and whites seperatly tho, never a whole egg, not sure why.

no!!
it is safer to buy commercial egg white...or even powdered egg white.
fresh egg whites have to be used immediately..
unless they are prepackaged and pasturized.
