I've read that after anyworkout, it's good to eat some sort of protein to intesify the results. I like to have a yogurt smoothie with a protein powder.

I'm usually not hungry right away but, in the morning after running I usually eat a piece of fruit (banana), some raw almonds and a granola bar.

You definitely should eat many carbohydrates to replenish your body's glycogen stores along with some protein. High GI carbohydrates would be best. 5:1 ratio of carbs to protein

Yogurt and fruit, but drinking plenty of fluid after exercise will prevent you from eating straight after your workout
