We were just friends, now we became like addicted intimate friends, sounds like he likes mailing, sms and calling me more than frequent (daily nearly)! he send me gifts ...says "I like you so much, you are special girl to me" Can it be a move towards something else?

well it could but only if u have feelings for him too and everything follows through. if ur not instrested then let him down easy tellin him u think that the two of u should be no more than just friends!! if he asks u to go on a date or to the movies and u think it might be okward then take one of ur closes girl friends!! just be polite and dont try to embarass u or him..

it is highly possible.. maybe give a little hint here and there to let him knows you like him too (if you really like him too).
hope that he can get the hint and ask if you can be his gf. but be careful if this situation continues for a long time and he doesnt take any actions, cos once my fren met the same problem, and it end up that the guy was just flirting with my fren. but since he has already introduced you to his family, its likely that he is serious about u.
