You sure can. Make sure you mix it up though and don't do the same exact cardio workout each time, i.e. you need to do long distance (45 min+) about 2-3x a week, interval training about 1-2x a week and sprint work (track workout or bleacher workout) 1-2x a week and even you can add 1x a week of a "recovery" workout like walking for 30-45m+ or a relaxing swim. The term "cardio workout" is broad, but specifically, if you plan your workouts you can do them throughout the week. Also, it is important to not lift legs on the day you are doing sprint work because you need all your legs those days. Lift legs on the long, slow days. Lift upper body (or chest/back or arms) on the sprint days. Stretching is important.

Yes it is ok but my personal trainer says that the best to do is left weight 2 days a week but not like doing it monday and doing it againe the next day and the other 3 days of cardio is ok and on the weekend you could do any kind of workout like a sport or just a nice jog.

You can lift weights everyday if you are on a split system. As for the seven day cardio., what little gains you make are not worth the effort. Get some rest, take a day off.

I do cardio everyday on treadmill 2.1/2 miles. I feel fine keeps you fit .

why? bc you elevate LIKE A WOMAN. elevate five DAYS A WEEK OR DO BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES 6 DAYS A week and GO HARD, now not always heavy weight however prime depth with low weight in case you desire

Yes it is okay. But make sure you do some stretches to get your body lose. And make sure you drink lots of water.
