i find myself very puny because of this problem. my sister is now 14. but she has got her breasts bigger than me. can i try some creams, if so plz name some.

I think no one wants to answer the main part of your question or they might not be aware of solution.

If you are healthy then do not worry about it.
Larger ones can cause back aces.... and other problems.
But you can see a doctor, there are products(Hormones) but they are not approved for human. But that can change as the time passes. Some exercises will help some, do your search on the Internet and in the library.

All you can do is live wiht them. You could get some bra inserts to make them look bigger or you could get plastic surgery. I had 34C by the time I was 13. At least they are still perky! I think you are very lucky to have small boobs.

Creams do not work. Your body will mature at its own rate. You may never have large breasts.
