In my opinion, the soul could be viewed as the little voice in our heads.

Hmmm, soul? Conscience? Do you have a definition for soul? Maybe that's your soul, maybe your conscience. I don't think it matters (I don't believe we have souls, for what it's worth, also most of the parts of consciousness Freud talked about are pure abstractions with no physical manifestations). Everybody seems to have that voice - that inner monologue. Worry if you have two voices.

The voice of God can be heard when the mind is sufficiently silent. Where it is heard can not be pin pointed. Nevertheless you can hear the voice just like a wish per. Here soul and god are one.

Your soul, your conscious, your inner self, you will hear many terms for it, listen to it, it knows you best.
It is alive it is the electricity that doctors and scientists can't get to. They can't create a map for the way the brain interacts with it. It is the breath of life you received when you were born that jump started your life. It is the mystery of what we cherish, life, in all its form.

EVERYBODY who wrote "conscious" - it's CONSCIENCE!
My conscience compels me to advise you that if you think the voice inside your head is conscious, then you either need to take spelling lessons, or perhaps you do have a voice saying to you, "I'm Conscious!" in which case you must use a Capital 'C' to denote a proper name, and you're probably seriously mentally imbalanced.

That would be the ego speaking inside your head.
The soul speaks from your heart. It carries no sound yet vibrates through out your whole being.

No there are several voices in our heads. If you become filled the Holy SPirit of Jesus Christ you can learn to distinguish them.
