Trick? Any trick, and I mean ANY trick works short term only. Look online and see all the scientific evidence. Adkins, South Beach all of it works for a short term but unless your ok with living for the rest of your life doing what these specialty diets say, it will eventually fail. Smaller portions, knowing your Basal Metabolic Rate, exercising(at the correct heart rate). Weight training to increase muscle mass. Those are the STAPLES. Forget the tricks. Goto www.thedietician.com to get information about yourself and to help you change you lifestyle and eating habits(but not necessarily what you eat).

eating every 2 hours... a half an apple, a small salad, etc... NOT eating a full meal every two hours, just small HEALTHY items. No soda, just diet soda (on occasion) and water.
walk at least 2 miles 3 times a week. NO fried food.

Fun exercise routines... I do Tae Bo and jog around a beautiful lake by my house. I have fun doing it and it's more of a thing I do to relieve stress than get in shape.

the last time i lost alot of weight is when
i was in love and got slam dumped.
i lost 30 lbs real quick. i walked alot and
ate less ; and even fasted. i felt great;
but now i am back on double guerilla
status and it is hard to get motivated.
