Yeah, all kids will eat the junk food. :) My first suggestion is to stop bringing the junk food into the house - out of sight, out of mind. It'll probably be harder for you than for her, lol, I know it was for me!
Until she develops a taste for healthier fare, I'd suggest searching the internet for kid-friendly recipes, and ways to sneak in extra nutrients. At least that way you're sure she's getting what she needs. Some things I do are putting shredded carrots and wheat germ in tomato sauce, spinach in sauces and salads (it doesn't taste like anything, really), cooking cauliflower and then pureeing it, and mixing it with mashed potatoes, and buying fake junk food (dried fruit, home-made trail mix w/ no candy in it, plain popcorn, Kashi granola bars, yogurt & string cheese.)
You'll soon find tricks of your own. I hope that helps, lord knows we've all been there to some extent. Good luck to you!

The simple but not very p.c. answer is don't buy the junk food and only feed her at mealtimes (when you will of course be serving healthy foods that where possible she's helped you prepare).
If she doesn't eat it, or throws a fit, fine. She sits at the table until everyone else has finished and then it goes in the bin-and there's nothing until the next meal time.
No snacks no 'emergency yoghurt because she'll starve otherwise'-she won't starve-she'll survive until lunch or tea-time and when she's hungry she'll eat what she's given. She'll probably nag and whine lots in the meantime though but you'll have to ignore that!
Children are not daft and they learn very quickly how to manipulate adults(especially parents) into giving them what they want rather than what they should have. They can also smell weakness like a shark smells blood in the water.
Stand firm. Start at tea time today and I'll bet that by tea time tomorrow she'll be so hungry that you could serve her sprouts and she'd eat them!
In this situation the short term tantrum is well worth the long term gain for your daughter and her health.

How old is your daughter? Unless she is old enough to go buy her own food, she can only eat what is available. So it's up to you to buy healthful foods and not let the junk food tempt her. If you cook balanced meals, have fruits or yogurts for dessert, she will have to eat properly. She will probably not eat well for a little while but when hunger sets in, she will eat what's put in front of her. If, however, you've let her eat junk foods and drink junk sodas for years, it's a little late.

If there are NO junk foods around, or available, eventually she will get hungry enough to eat a little healthier and then a habit may be formed of actually learning to like and enjoy the benefits of good food, do not give her money or have available junk food. And, be strong enough to be patient and stick to your guns on things, bad habits take time to break and it takes time to incorporate new and better ones in anyones lifestyle.

stop buying junk food. When she complains tell her the whole family is going to eat better. She'll rebuff by not eating then she will get really hungry and she'll have no choice but to eat what you buy. What ever you do don't cave to her whining. And when you are out and about with her no stopping at a fast food joint. You are the parent not her.

If you want to make her eat healthy foods, buy them. Don't buy junk food. Make healthy meals for her and eat fast food very little (if at all)

Who buys the groceries? Unless she is driving herself to the store to buy junk food, you are the one who is giving her the option. Buy healthy food and don't allow junk in your house. Prepare healthy meals, and if your daughter is old enough she can help too. Sometimes kids are more likely to eat a meal they helped prepare. Introduce her to fruits, veggies, and whole grains...and don't give her the option of an unhealthy snack.

It is your job to provide a variety of healthy, tasty, and interesting meals. It is her job to decide to eat it or not. This is true of toddlers and teens.

dont by the snacks and just onli let her eather 3 meals and fruit isf she dosnt eat her meal no yoghrt and if she dosnt eat a meal there isnothing else untill the next meal
