When I run Norton Cleanup It will find files to be deleted but then wont delete them. Then I will try to locate them manually, and I cant find them following the file path. What gives?

seach for the files then. search for them. if you can't delete them from norton it's because you must purchase the software and get a licensing key to enter.

Try to use CC Cleaner. Notron products are a crap...!!!!
