Nope, trust yourself!
Ask yourself this question - can I see myself making out with him?
If you can't, turn and run!!!

What makes you think he thinks your cute?Don't get me wrong there has to be an attraction of some sort .But get it right girl you just said your starting to like him! keep it that way see if you guys have any common intersts. The silly stuff keeps ppl together friendship wise or more serious relationships.A lot of those cute guys think they can have any woman out there and are always looking for somehting better.I asked the same question about myself "am i shallow?"yes and no .We know what we like and what we want but know when to draw the line.Looks are important but not the foundation for a relationship. You be surprised after hanging out with ol boy AND REALLY get to know him, he gets cuter and cuter everytime you meet up!

You are NOT being shallow. A good relationship must contain compatibiliy on all levels, including physical / sexual attraction.
It MAY be that with time, your feelings grow stronger and his looks are no longer important to you. But if you find yourself ALWAYS bothered by his looks, you will not have a successful relationship. Your doubt will always get in the way.
I don't think it's shallow. You have the right to be happy.

Being shallow would mean you only like for his appearance. Haven't you ever met someone who was so hot then the second they open their mouth they are so ugly? If you're starting to like him after getting to know him it just means there is more than just physical looks that you are attracted to. So don't fret, it's a good thing.

"As an Englishman Living in the English Countryside" {I'm not to conversant with the meaning of the word "Cute" in relation to describing a potential 'Boyfriend': Cute is how I would describe a 'Puppy'}
"However it does strengthen a commonly held belief that 'America and England' are 2 nations with a common tongue, that are divided by the English Language" !
To answer your Question:-
You are not being 'Shallow'! In fact you are demonstrating that you are determined to only accept persons who are of the highest standard, as being suitably qualified to meet the stringent requirements needed to be your 'Boyfriend'!

It's nice to have standards, but if you're starting to like this guy then there has to be something great about him. Trust me, it's no fun dating a guy who is breathtakingly handsome but doesn't have two brain cells to rub together and has the personality of a cockroach.
Look past the physical and enjoy his company. You might be surprised how cute he becomes as time goes on :)

maybe its not shallow, just that he is not that kind of guy who gives you butterflies in the stomach.
i suggest that you can try communicating as per normal with him, and see if you like the way he talks, thinks, and do things.
its really important to feel safe, secure, comfortable with someone you love so you can be open to share your inner feelings with him, cute or not cute doesnt really matter when u meet the mr. right.
hope this helps ^^

Yes, very shallow. If you are in high school or college, date the dorks who are majoring in something that has some marketability, like business, engineering, etc.

Yes, of course you're being shallow. But if you can't help the feeling, don't force yourself into it. The longer you drag things with him, knowing they'll lead nowhere, the more you'll hurt him.
