I ask myself the question, because I work with a brother o mine, and I have undergoing a difficult situation at a point, that I am about to quit the job, because this has gone to personal arguments every day....I do not know what to do..

You can work with family members. But you must be
able to separate family and work. At work you guys are
just co-workers. Once you leave work you become family.
Never discuss family issues at work or work issues at home.
Don't quit your job. It would br like telling your brother he is
better than you 'cause you can't handle the situation.

In my lifetime I have learned that work should be seperate from family. It is just easier that way because it does become personal after time.

What is more important to you? Your brother or your job? Once you decide this then your decision about your job will hopefully be easier. Good luck

It's never a good idea to work with family members. This is one of the reasons why.
