I have been highlighting my hair fro a long time now. My natural color is light brown and I've been highlighting with blonde/golden. I just recently went to a new stylist. First she made the highlights "white", then she tried to tone it down but it was still white. I was still not happy (there was such a contrast bwn. dark and white) so she put a gold toner on and went I went home I rinsed it out. Needless to say, my hair is now RED with like ash white highlights. I look absolutely awful. Should I go back to the salon (but I'm nervous she can't correct it b/c she hasn't yet) or should I go back to my old hair stylist who knows what to do and see if he can fix it? I really don't know what to do...it's terrible. Please help!

go to your normal stylist and never trust anyone else!! i only go to one!!! she always gets the job done right!! i hope you get your hair fixed by your trusted stylist!

go to your old stylist because the new stylist will just make it worse. and if it doesn't come out right with the old stylist, i suggest just to dye it back to your natural color so that you can just start over.

Go to your trusted stylist and have her help you. I really feel for you,having your hair done wrong is awful.Good Luck

Dye Your Hair Brown, And Then Put Hilights In It All Over
Again or go to a different styleist!

definitely the old stylist. you probably should have gone to him in the first place because since he is your old hairstylist he knows your hair better and probably you.
