After my SIL has her baby we are going to their house for a few days. She thought maybe we could cook for her. We live about 7 hours from her house so I was thinking maybe I'd make a couple dinners at my house and then freeze them and take them with us when we go. The only problem is, I don't know what would be safe with her nursing. Does anyone have any good recipe ideas that I can also freeze and then warm in the oven or whatever when we get there??

Just fix a good, nutritious meal. Avoid onions and beans, they can give the baby colic. I have nursed for five years.
