It depends how long you've had the cold...Airborne is more of a preventative measure...if you've only had a cold for a day or two (just a sore throat) then go get some zinc lozenges, suck on 1 every 2 or 3 hours and it'll shorten the duration and severity of your cold...if you've had it for awhile and starting to get nasal symptoms then it's probably too late

airborne is not real medicine, its an herbal treatment to colds that can be better dealt with over the counter items that have chemical products, the real effect of airborne is not proven clinically to be as successful as over the counter drugs, no disrespect but i would rather take something made my professionals of science and medicine then something invented by a school teacher, if i wanted ginger in my medication id just buy it at a grocery store

That's what its for .. but it takes rest and plenty of fluids no caffeine too
