PLANT BASED PRODUCE and so as to say... today we live in a WORLD MARKET ag. system and we have greenhouse operations which provide us with "fresh" stuff that perhaps in the past yes more people did canning of fruits and vegetables ..well sometimes we still like a CLEAN JAR of PICKLES... or a "dehydrated" plant based meal that we can reconstitute and such as to say.... I do think of a way that our GROCERIES can be more in tune with other "prepackaged" meal operations as to not have as much "produce" go bad while at the same time provide FRESH DIVERSE AVAILABILITES.
