Broasting is a method essentially combines pressure cooking with deep frying. The result is said to be chicken that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, i.e., like traditional fried chicken but less greasy.

You mean broasted? Yes, broasted is better than pan-frying. And it's healthier. Broasted chicken is deep fried but under pressure. A Broaster is like a giant pressure cooker. The skin turns out crispy-crumbly and the inside is moist. And it's healthier because the pressure sears the outside while letting the insides cook without so much oil getting in.

Trust me, I had a Broaster at the restaurant. It's a pain the butt to clean, but everyone loved the chicken.

Ummmm......I don't think that "boasted" is a method of cooking. However, fried means, a method of cooking, in which the certain food is cooked in a type of fat, or oil of some kind. In this case the chicken would probably be covered in a flour, egg, and possibly milk, depending on what you like, batter. Then some seasoning could be added to it. MMMMM..........yum, I wonder is KFC is open?:)

You mean broasted. Broasted or rotisserie chicken cooks in it's own juices and a lot of the fat drips off. Fried chicken is breaded and cooked (submerged) in hot oil. A lot of the oil is retained in the breading and skin. The skin is the fattiest part of the chicken.

Anything fried by a fastfood is not very healthy as they use partially-hydrogenated fats (shortening) because they are cheap. If you fry it yourself you have a choice of oils to use and if you aren't cheap you will choose canola or evoo. I have not heard about broasted chicken. I guess you meant roasted and the b added to signify you baste it with its marinade while roasting.

Roasted and fried or boasted and friend? roasted have been baked in oven and no added fats and fried are fried in fat so definitely roasted chickens are best option.if comes to broasted then its again broasted is beeter as its friend under pressure so fat does not entre or soaked by chicken. spartan
