Ramen noodles if cooked and eaten as directed are high in fat and sodium. Whenever I prepare ramen noodles I boil the noodles until they are done and then rinse them like spaghetti (you'd be surprised how oily the drained water is). Once they are strained I put them in canned chicken broth (which is a lot lower in salt). If I do use the seasoning packet - I will season to taste (which means that I won't put the whole packet in).
Try this recipe with some chicken breast (thinly sliced and boiled), chopped green onion, and freshly chopped Chinese cabbage. It's delicious!

Ramen Noodle not very healthy for you or anyone else if you consume more than 2 a week, Total fat 11% and saturated fat 18% that too high. and the sodium are very high too 687mg around 28%, when I made one for myself I usually take out the seasoning mix and make my own, use regular broth instead hot water, then add some other spices you like, WoW! taste better than the mix, add a little sesame oil too. other option put vegetable or meat.

The little flavor packet is high in sodium/salt. The noodles alone (Very Bland) are probably healthy as in any pasta. But, there really not much vitamin source there, I assume it more a fiber. But, I enjoy them for a quick snack. I will put some cut up Polish sausage and cheese in them and not use the flavor packet. Also, I not make mine as watery.

Well, I wouldn't eat it everyday because everything has been freeze dried and there's probably too much salt in the powder-sauce. Having said that, I boil fresh vegetables together with the ramen, it's a kind of ramen veggie stew and I find that healthy

Nothing is healthy if taken in excess. The Ramen Noodles are cheap because it costs less to manufacture them besides the ingredients are also very cheap (flour, etc.).

I love them for a snack. But...the noodles are fried, and the seasoning has a ton of sodium and preservatives. I don't care though, they still taste great. There are worse things out there.

They taste great, which usually means that they are not healthy. They are full of sodium and other un heart healthy items.
Im currently on the 3 hour diet and its working great for me...if you want a healthy way to eat...give it a shot.

Yes the noodles are healthy. The soup mix is bad for you, its full of MSG and Salt. Not a very good choice.

no- they are super high in sodium and have almost no nutritional value. However there are ways to make them healthier like adding veggies and such. This link has some really good tips for doing so...
