You can freeze anything practically however you will have to deal with organoleptic quality issues for example if you freeze shell egg and then thaw it later for just making hard-boiled eggs you might get some textural problems you can deal with but you definitely can't use the whites to make meringue. Slow freezing in a household refrigerator destroys proteins. Blast-freezing might lessen this quality deterioration but you can't afford that either. I recommend you buy frozen liquid egg. I happen to work in one of the companies who manufactures these kind of products.

Yes. But not in their shells.
If you freeze eggs in their shells, the liquid yolk will expand (like ice) and break open the shell.
This happenned to me when I accidentally set my refrigerator too cold.

You can freeze eggs out of their shell. Most people will tell you that you can't do it, but you can. Crack the eggs into a Ziploc bag. Get as much air out as possible and seal.

Bakeries use frozen eggs all the time (they get them in in 5 gallon buckets), but I think they need to be pasturized first.
