Now look back at him again after a few seconds, if he glances at you one more time, he'll know something is up. Do it repetitively, not too often but periodically.
Another way it to talk to him, try being his friend, draw yourself closer to him. He'll most likely notice it if your out of your daily routine in relation to his life. Unless of course, he's one of those movie guys who are looking at the hotter ones and stupid enough not to realize those that like him.
Did I mention flirting? Its the 21st century, girls can court and be aggresive too you know.

Physical contact is number one. A touch, a caress, or even a pat on the back. The more physical contact the more he'll notice.

its really not what you say that matters its what you do.. the lilttle things mean the most and if you have a good guy then they will pick up on the small things and they know how you feel and will show you the same

To make him feel that you are in love with him if he is your husband you can put something nice on in the bedroom at night that he likes. All husbands like to see their wives with something sexy on in the bedroom at night.
