addressed to the Community Guideline founder, directors, whomever is behind the "Curtain" alike?

The Wizard of OZ : Last night you sent me a "VIOLATION NOTICE EMAIL, due to issue/question I'd posted openly earlier that day.
I've emailed Customer Service twice. First time to call attention to a certain hypocrisy of yours, being : You allow through, comments that are offensive and cruel and yet, my question which had none of this was judged a violation which you'd have you take recourses - I do not fully understand.
2nd time I emailed you. Also last night, after you failed to re-contact me with a clear explanation, I asked PLAINLY That I WANTED TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM MEMBERSHIP in your duplicitous in operating, according to "CIVILITY" requested by the community guidelines, which you seem to allow be BREACHED by some and and yet DENIED, with violation notices to others.
Why haven't I had an answer from you people?
I'd like to no longer be part of this website for reasons, above described!
What REALLY is the REASON, this website exists.?
Are you a "BIG BROTHER" type of FRONT?

Sweetie, calm down and let me explain something to you.

There are no men behind the curtain. Yahoo! Answers is almost completely automatically run. Here's how it works:

1. Someone found what you wrote offensive, so they reported you.
2. Answers sends you an AUTOMATIC violation notice email. (We've all gotten them dear)
3. You write back. You are talking to a machine. NO ONE reads whatever you write. If you write back enough times, your points are reinstated.
4. At no time does "humanity" ever enter into the question. There are simply too many questions and answers for the "Big Brothers" to be reading every single one of them.

I've had friends get their accounts deleted simply because they reached an automatic set limit of violation notices. That's just the way it happens.
