I know you said it can't be mange but has your vet scraped for demodectic mange? What you described sounds like this type of mange. Here is what demodectic mange is.

Demodectic mange is caused by a microscopic mite called Demodex canis. All dogs raised normally by their mothers possess this mite as mites are transferred from mother to pup via cuddling during the first few days of life. (After the pup is older it is unable to pick up demodex mites. Puppies raised by hand, do not ever get demodex mites.) For some reason, conditions change in certain dogs to allow demodex mites to "gain the upper hand;" the mites proliferate and can cause serious skin disease.

If you haven't done this already you might want to take them to the vet to get checked for this.

It could be allergies or a skin infection. The spot on the face may be a hot spot. Take your bully to a vet to find out. You'll need to go to a vet to get the antibotics to clear it up anyway.

Is it ringworm? You need to take them to the Vet and if its ringworm you can get it also. Its highly contagous and its airbourne. I would just take one to the Vet and he will most likely give you enough meds to treat everyone. Good Luck!
