Plenty of water, hangover is caused by dehydration of the brain

Hangovers can get pretty nasty. I usually keep some sort of energy drink on hand at home... red bull or monster. I take motrin, vitamin B50, then drink an energy drink and then gatorade for the rest of the day.

"The hair of the dog that bit you"... That means that an evil is cured by the same evil. So I'll get to the point: Have an alcoholic drink! It might not be what u want just now, but I have heard it's quite efficient.

I'm not lying to you when I say this, but find yourself a Mexican restaurant and order a bowl of Menudo(men-oo-doe). I don't know how but this stuff will take away your hangover. OR,you can drink a quart of orange juice. The sugar content in the juice will sober you up.

Calorie-laden, but I love a big quart of full fat chocolate milk. You're body is craving proteins.

Have a cheeseburger or cheese pizza later.

I wouldn't be drinking any water until you get something in your stomach. The results could be messy.

I used this recipe in college and it really works:
2 aspirins
600mg vitamin C
1-2 B-complex vitamins

Make & drink this smoothie:
1 banana
6 large strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup orange juice
1-2 cups yogurt
¼ tsp. salt

Then sip on Gatorade the rest of the day.
This will rehydrate your body, replace vitamins and minerals, and help rid your body of some of the toxic byproducts of metabolized alcohol.

It's called "hair of the dog". Drink a glass of whatever you were drinking the night before.

Hair of the dog that bit ya.

Nah. Gatorade and 2 aspirin. And next time, in between each alcohol drink you have, drink some water.

Gatorade is supposed to be good. Also a bloody mary. Drink lots of water to rehydrate you. Take aspirin or Advil. Don't take Tylenol. It can be bad for you after you've been drinking.

Let me tell ya girly, this always works amazingly: PEANUT BUTTER! I have no idea why, but as long as you aren't nauseous, have a nice chunky sandwich, or slab some on crackers. If you feel sick, then bust out the ginger ale and stir those bubbles out.
