Family usually want whats best for you. They probably have a good reason for wanting you to break up with your boyfriend. Its not like they want you to be upset or unhappy. They might see this relationship as unhealthy for some reason. I would really consider what there reasons are.

Keep seeing him. Keep sneaking around. Keep making excuses and lying to your family. Eventually you'll realize that it's just not worth it. Especially when you find out that your boyfriend has been sleeping with one of your best friends!
